Wendy Wright was born and raised in rural Manitoba and has always lived there except for short stints in rural Saskatchewan and overseas. She began piano lessons at the age of seven. In her travelling days, she always managed to find a piano to plunk away on and took up guitar, finding that to be much more portable. Currently, she finds an outlet for the ‘music bug’ by teaching piano, singing occasionally in church, and providing accompaniment at the personal care home.
