The Northern Lights Canadian National Conservatory's "Piano Workshop Examination Program" is a program which is designed to offer thorough training, flexibility, creativity and choice for both the student and the teacher. A portion of the examination is reserved for a teaching forum in the form of an interactive "workshop".
The workshop examination is taken with only the student and examiner in attendance until the workshop portion of the examination. Parents and teachers are welcome to join the student and examiner during this portion.
All Piano Performance, Workshop and Northern Lights Star Performance Examinations must include one work from either the Northern Lights or Making Tracks Series.
