Piano Stars: Carolyn Garritano and Keri Puckrin
Carolyn Garritano (b. 1974) was born in Oakville, Ontario and Keri Puckrin (b. 1985) was born in St. Albert, Alberta. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of Alberta and a Piano Performance Associate degree from the Royal Conservatory of Music. Keri holds a Business Management Diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and is currently working towards a Piano Performance Associate degree from the Royal Conservatory of Music.
This cousin duo, known as Piano Stars, has been working together in St. Albert since 2002 creating musical games and resources, providing summer music camps, and composing.
Carolyn and Keri maintain piano studios in their own homes with over 40 students each. They collaborate on many studio events bringing their students together for recitals and a huge Halloween party every year. They enjoy playing duets together and are always looking for new and entertaining duets to perform at their recitals.
Carolyn is married and has 3 sons and 1 daughter. Keri is married and has 1 son.
