Summer Sizzle 2016 in Yorkton, Saskatchewan
We are excited to announce that Summer Sizzle 2016 is being planned for August 11 & 12, in Yorkton, Saskatchewan (held at Heritage Baptist Church).
UPDATE: Summer Sizzle is excited to announce that Christopher Norton is attending as a guest composer and clinician. Chris will be working and sharing with students and teachers - register today!

Summer Sizzle 16: A Piano Pedagogy Symposium offers experienced and new teachers, as well as senior students, a variety of workshops, showcases and concerts.
Summer Sizzle 16: Keyboard Kamp offers students master classes and workshops hosted by experts from across Canada and abroad. This complete two-day Keyboard Kamp for students aged 7 to 21, was part of expanded programing at Summer Sizzle starting in 2007. Participating students develop performance skills, compositional techniques, the lost art of improvisation, and share their music in a social setting.
Brochures and registration forms are now available for Keyboard Kamp and the Piano Teachers' Symposium.

Rêves du samedi soir
Check out this lovely performance of Rêves du samedi soir by Jean Chatillon from Northern Lights 7B performed by the composer.
With a focus on both educational and performance material, all CNCM programs use Canadian content. Conservatory publications, such as the Northern Lights and Making Tracks series, help place Canadian composers and their music into festivals around the world.
