Susan Griesdale is a composer who has been writing piano music for grade level students for over 25 years. Born in Montreal, Quebec, she grew up in Winnipeg, Vancouver and Toronto. She received a Teacher’s Associate Diploma from the Royal Conservatory of Toronto and studied composition with Michael Rudman and Julian Mirhan. Susan’s piano music has been published in collections of elementary, junior and intermediate pieces. She is president of the Central Toronto Branch of the Ontario Registered Music Teacher’s Association, and teaches full time in her Toronto Studio. Susan is a founding member of Red Leaf Pianoworks.
